At PiPi Tea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium blends. If your order arrives damaged or if you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer full returns on unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the tea tins or bags are unopened and in their original packaging, then securely place them in a shipping box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
